A common question I get when I talk about my business is, "where do you find clients?" And until I thought about it, I don't think I realized that I meet most of my clients through the trait that was on every report card I had growing up: being a social butterfly.
In fact, the majority of the people I work with are from networking events or just simply talking to people wherever I go. I met Mary at a bridal shower, and we immediately hit it off! She told me about her personal styling services, and I was so excited to dive into creating a vibe for her social media.
Content creation and Social Media Management
Each month, Mary and I have a content day where we take photos and video. Then I edit, create a content calendar for her approval, and post to her Instagram and Facebook! She then has all the more time to focus on her business.
Mary’s company is MC Stylingand she is a Fashion Therapist. What does that mean? Well, have you ever felt like you had nothing to wear while staring into a closet full of clothes? Mary will help you curate the perfect wardrobe based on what clothes are best to showcase your body type. She does closet audits where she helps people create outfits from the clothes they already have, gets rid of clothes that just aren't working or have a negative emotional connection, and helps you identify what staple pieces you need to shop for.
If shopping isn't your thing, she will shop for you! I mean, how great is that? Having clothes come to your house that already fit your body type and style, picking out the favorites, and having someone else do all the leg work of shopping, buying, and returning?!
Honestly, a dream.
Mary can also help you find an outfit for a big event or presentation. She is inspired by women entrepreneurs and has a passion for telling it how it is in the most genuine and kind way. If something isn't working, she isn't afraid to be politely honest, all in the good faith of finding your best look.
She sells a unique brand of clothing called Cabi, which has high-quality, beautiful pieces. But, if Cabi doesn't have what you're looking for, she will find the perfect piece elsewhere.
